Hello! This email is a a little different. Not only because it's Saturday, but because I have two things I'm excited to share with you. I have a new blog post about telling your people you are thankful for them AND I offer a beautiful, simple way to do it! Get started reading below...

In November we focus on gratitude.

This requires openness as it takes away the walls we’ve built: open eyes to notice, open hands to receive, and an open heart to still the soul.

A beautiful thing happens when we stay open to receiving blessings.

As gratitude overflows in our hearts, we feel compelled to share it with others. The gift of openness is that blessings flow both ways, and with a grateful heart our words become kinder, gentler, and more encouraging.

Let's just say no to overthinking about what to say to the people we are grateful for.

I wanted to make it easier for us to let the people in our lives know we are thankful for them. So I created these 4×6 cards that are easy to print, cut out, and give to friends, family members, teachers, neighbors, bus drivers, cashiers, or whoever else crosses your path. Seriously, anyone!

There are nine designs, and the one below is one of my favorites. See them all in my shop!

I hope these cards take away the anxiety and decision-making that comes with showing up for others.

This weekend, I hope you take some time to reflect on whom you are grateful for—and then let me know!
